People. Relationships. Development. Execution.
I've spent my career finding opportunities, opening relationships, developing people, solving business problems, and bringing different stakeholders together around a common objective.
My career has crossed sales, business development, training, operations, real estate, entrepreneurship, and organizational development. The industries changed. The work underneath them was remarkably consistent.
The Connecting Thread
My career doesn't follow a conventional ladder. What connects those experiences is responsibility for outcomes that depended on other people.
Learn the system. Understand the people. Create alignment. Move the objective forward.
How I Work
- Relationships and growth: prospecting, business development, needs discovery, client acquisition, and getting the meeting.
- Talent and people: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, leadership, and influence without authority.
- Learning and development: training, facilitation, employee development, knowledge transfer, and change adoption.
- Process and execution: stakeholder alignment, cross-functional collaboration, process development, implementation, and operational leadership.
Selected Evidence
Enterprise Standardization & Vendor Coordination
At Concentra Health Centers, helped develop a national capital-equipment solution, built current-state and financial comparison models, and coordinated vendors across multiple markets.
Corporate Training & Onboarding
At Tom Thumb / Randalls, supported Austin-region hiring and new-hire orientation, led group and auditorium-format training, communicated company policies, procedures, expectations, and standards, and connected employees with appropriate training and resources.
Multi-Site Operations & Organizational Improvement
Supported operations across Pacific Table Southlake and Las Colinas/Irving, managed two locations, and designed and proposed Far Out Training alongside the Operational Health Index concept.
From Agreement to Outcome
Sales can create agreement. A contract can formalize it. Management can assign responsibility. None of those things guarantees the intended outcome. Much of my career has happened in the space between agreement and outcome.
Ghost Infrastructure is an independent framework for thinking about undocumented workarounds, tribal knowledge, and individual heroics that become invisible organizational infrastructure. Read the framework.
Current Focus
I am interested in joining an established organization where relationship development, talent, learning, and execution matter—and where I can concentrate the strongest parts of an unconventional career into a long-term professional home.
